Payment options and Cancellation policy


Cash:

  • If there is only a short period between your booking date and arrival date, you can pay in cash on arrival.
  • Your stay can be paid in Czech crowns or Euros on your arrival to the guesthouse. 
  • Cash only. We apologize we do NOT accept credit cards. Thank you for your understanding.

Deposit – deposit of the total price of booking:

  • We require a deposit payment of 35 % to be paid in advance of your stay, or deposit payment 1-2 nights for which we will send you an invoice. Your room booking will ONLY be confirmed once we receive the deposit payment. 
  • We kindly ask you to transfer the deposit amount by the due date on the invoice. Once we receive the payment we will send you the booking conformation. 
  • The remainder of the payment, including VAT, will be charged on your arrival. Cash only. We apologize we do NOT accept credit cards. Thank you for your understanding. If the deposit payment is not received by the due date, we will assume you do not wish to undertake the reservation and it will be cancelled.

 

Invoice:

  • If you wish, we can send you an invoice and you can pay for total amount of your stay in advance. In the case your company will be paying the invoice please send us their details including company identification number and VAT registration number.
  • Your order/booking room will be confirmed upon payment of the amount on the invoice. We kindly ask you to transfer the total amount to our account by the due date stated on the invoice. Once we receive the payment we will send you a booking confirmation. If the payment is not received by the due date, we will assume you do not wish to undertake the reservation and it will be cancelled.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • No-shows: if the guest does not arrive without prior notification of cancellation, we will  charge the full amount.
  • If the guest cancels within 48 of the arrival date, only the deposit will be charged.
  • If guest cancels within 7 days of the arrival date date, we charge a cancellation fee of 15 % of the total price of the booking. Furthermore a bank handling fee of 6 % will also be added.
  • If a guest cancels within 14 days of the arrival date, we charge a cancellation fee of 10 % of the total price of the order. Furthermore a bank handling fee of 6 % will also be added 
  • If a guest cancels within 21 days of the arrival date, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. However a bank handling fee of 6 % will also be added. 
  • When applying the cancellation fees under the above conditions, we will return any payments due to you to your designated account.
  • Bank and handling fee is 6 % of the total price of the order.
